WHO IS MISSCONDUCT?
Leah Bonnema is a multi-hyphenate comedian, writer, actor, and popular podcast host.
Leah has had the honor of performing for our troops overseas and been featured at the International Glasgow Comedy Festival, the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival, the Women in Comedy Festival, and at The Kennedy Center during the District of Comedy Festival. She’s performed stand-up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Gotham Comedy Live, Don’t Tell Comedy, IFC’s Comedy Crib and Chris Gethard Presents.
Leah wrote and starred in Solving Leah, a comedic detective series (Official Selection of The New York Television Festival and Portland Film Festival). Leah also co-starred, co-wrote and co-produced a short called The Dawns (Official Selection of the Broad Humor Film Fest, Austin Comedy Film Festival, and Oregon Short Film Festival).
Leah recently published a rom-com novel, The Holiday Breakdown, and directed the short film My Catholic Guilt, which was nominated for Best New Media at the Conquering Disability with Film Festival. She is co-host of the top-rated podcast Were You Raised by Wolves? and has appeared multiple times on The Tamron Hall Show.
Born and raised in rural Maine, Leah graduated from McGill University with honors, began her comedy career in New York City, and currently lives in Los Angeles with her fiance and their two perfect dogs. Most importantly, Leah is obsessed with Lord of the Rings.
